“I work in the banking industry, head of a project related to the management of European direct debit on the debtor’s account. Recently, two new colleagues joined our team. They had to deal with a demanding project, strict deadlines and a wholly new environment. aizoOn has a dedicated team that deals with the planning, management, and organization of training activities for its personnel. Training activities are related to the different competence areas: technical, managerial, linguistic and transversal.



“I work in the information technology industry dealing with web applications and data sharing regarding space and defense. Thanks to aizoOn, I had the chance to get a CAPM certification learning new techniques in order to manage complex projects. I had the chance to study the different project phases: the project charter, project management, the planning of an activity hierarchy, costs analysis, quality management, risk assessment and contractual aspects. The main characteristic of a good project manager is the ability to communicate:  we learned different methodologies of information sharing, results presentations, new ways of conducting meetings. This experience helped me to better organize the daily activities of a project and enabled me to face work activities with a more effective and structured approach".​

aizoOn’s Competence Centers are dedicated to the spreading of the company technological competences. They allow the exchange of knowledge and best practices between consultants, the collaboration between HR and consultants regarding recruiting, training and development matters, and the possibility to have a sort of “technological observatory” which monitors the market changes and its technological and methodological needs.


“I work in the banking industry dealing with the analysis and planning of core projects with a team of Italians and Indians characterized by different skills and seniority levels. I also coordinate Digital Design & Development Competence Center which has the purpose of providing a constant technological upgrading regarding programming languages, database, mobile and testing, respecting main standards and methodologies. The competence center provides also support in terms of technical competences related to offers, market analysis, new technologies and standards, definition of guide lines related to technical controls. The Competence Center is a technological “observatory” that facilitates the exchange and support between colleagues. Commitment and hard work characterize my relationship with aizoOn since the beginning and the Competence Center represents a concrete example of that!”
